Welcome to the Sophie Kyron Jewellery on-line store. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding how we manage information provided by you.

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Ordering

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Sophie Kyron Jewellery will be effective when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Perth, Australia and the language of the contract is International.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

Payment

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (if paying in Australian dollars). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Sophie Kyron Jewellery and you confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Sophie Kyron Jewellery, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All credit card transactions on the Sophie Kyron Jewllery Online Store are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. Sophie Kyron Jewellery will not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

If you prefer to pay via money order, cheque or direct deposit please contact us.

Within Australia Delivery Information

All products sent within Australia are delivered via Express Post or via Star Track Courier.

Our delivery charge for Australia is $16.50 (inclusive of GST) and includes postage, packaging and full insurance for your extra piece of mind.

Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email message to notify you of the estimated delivery time.

Most orders will be delivered within 7 – 28 days from the time of the order being placed if the item is in stock.

Overseas Delivery Information

We deliver to most countries and all orders are sent via Australia Post, airmail.

Rates below:

  • $25.00AUD for up to 10 items
  • $45.00AUD for 11 – 20 items
  • $65.00AUD for more than 20 items

Returns and Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless merchandise is faulty. Unworn items may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit only.

Warranty

All care is taken to produce this hand made product. Warranties extend to manufacturing faults – these will be repaired at no cost. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear and the warranty expires twelve months after the sale of the item.
